Agreement for my Programs
Definitions:
I/Me/My/etc. refer to the programmer/developer/copyright owner mentioned below.
Program refers to any of the half a dozen or so programs developed by me.
User refers to anyone using the program developed by me for its intended purpose. Anyone else can bug off.
Terms:
THIS PROGRAM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" TO THE USER AND ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES ARE DISCLAIMED.
IN NO EVENT SHALL THE COPYRIGHT OWNER BE LIABLE FOR ANY KIND OF DAMAGES, HOWEVER CAUSED, ARISING IN ANY WAY OUT OF THE USE OF THIS PROGRAM.
Redistribution without modification is permitted provided that this page (or a hyperlink to it) is included with the distribution.
